New Construction Electrical in Jacksonville, FL
From permit set to final inspection: complete electrical for new homes, guesthouses/ADUs, and light commercial builds — priced from your actual plans, not a square-footage guess.
Send us the drawings and we estimate from them: device counts off the electrical sheets, service sizing from the load calc, dedicated circuits for the mechanical schedule (heat pumps, tankless water heaters, wells, EV readiness). Builders get a real takeoff — line-itemed labor and materials — because that's how we'd want to be quoted.
We run the full sequence: temporary power if the site needs it, underground or overhead service coordination with the utility (JEA, FPL, Clay Electric, OREMC — each has its own service standards and we know them), rough-in walked with your framer and inspector, then trim-out and final. Rural lots deserve special attention: co-op territory changes line-extension costs and overhead-vs-underground defaults, and we flag that before it surprises the budget.
GCs and owner-builders both welcome. We pull the electrical sub-permit under our license, keep inspections on your schedule instead of the other way around, and leave a labeled, documented system.

New Construction Wiring FAQs
Can you quote from my permit set?+
Yes — that's our preferred way to quote. Upload or send the drawings; we count devices from the electrical sheets, size the service from the load calc, and return a line-itemed estimate. If the plans leave something open (a tankless water heater with no kW rating is the classic), we price a stated assumption and flag the question instead of guessing silently.
Do you work with GCs and owner-builders?+
Both. GCs get a sub who hits inspection windows and communicates in writing. Owner-builders get the same, plus straight answers about sequence — what the inspector needs to see and when.
What about rural lots and co-op utilities?+
Clay Electric and Okefenoke REMC territory (much of Clay, Baker, and west Nassau) has different line-extension fees, transformer rules, and overhead/underground defaults than JEA or FPL. We confirm the serving utility by address before quoting service work — it genuinely changes the number.
